I have become an addict to Yellow Submarine preserved lemons. They do not have the usual bitterness, they are incredibly soft, and slightly sweet. I use them with all kinds of dishes and they really change the experience. Well done !

I used preserved lemons yesterday for spaghetti with olive oil, sage & preserved lemons (in cubes, without the flesh) - and peccorino cheese.
