Tuna salad - without mayo (or with😉 )
For 2 people:
Ingredients
140g can of tuna in olive oil
2 tablespoons of cream cheese or mayo...
Lemon juice
Mint
½ preserved lemon in cubes (without flesh)
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Rinse the lemon and cut the flesh off.
Cut the skin in cubes and add it to the tuna salad.
Add the cream cheese/mayo, lemon juice, Mint, salt and Pepper.
Ready to go!
